See a need, meet a need – those are the words that our founder, Kristy Pack, emulated in 2018 when she launched Pack Tax in her local community. After receiving her degree in Accounting (BYU) and a Masters of Business Administration (UofU), Kristy began work at a large CPA firm. She enjoyed the work and the impact it made, but couldn’t ignore the impersonal and inaccessible sides of the corporate tax industry. Too often, matters were approached money-first, people-second (an experience shared by clients and employees alike). Combining her experience, business mind, ambition, and love of people, Kristy created Pack Tax to lead the charge toward a better tax service experience. With a team of well-rounded professionals who shared her same vision of accessible, reliable tax preparation, a simple yet powerful idea was created in reality: taxes don’t have to be intimidating.

Over the past several years, we’ve blossomed rapidly, and we’ve been honored to develop valued, strong relationships with the community members who have trusted our team with their taxes.
